Palouse Patchers is a non-profit organization. The proceeds from the various events and fund raisers are used to promote the quilting arts in the community. Some of the organizations that have benefited from donations by Palouse Patchers are: the Latah County Fairgrounds, Latah County Historical Society, Gritman Hospital, the Public Library and many others.
Monthly meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month, September through May. Annually, the big event for all Palouse Patchers is the Quilt Show. This year marks the 28th anniversary of the Quilt Shows. The show will be held at the Latah County Fairgrounds in Moscow, Idaho, April 12 & 13, 2008.
